EPCs are changing…
| EPCs for England, Wales and Northern Ireland are changing, the important dates for all EPC Register changes will be released in the near future.
This will affect all domestic & commercial EPCs & DECs. The changes will not affect Scottish EPCs, however, changes are planned in Scotland later in the year. |
EPCs for Shell-Only developments
We are often asked whether an EPC is required for a shell only development of retail or industrial buildings where the developer is constructing one or a number of units that will be sold or leased as a “shell” with all external walls & roof in place, but no internal fit-out or any fixed building services.
